Sealand/Dometic 385311423 12 Volt Motor Conversion Kit.
This new SeaLand / Dometic design motor and bellows is a direct replacement and will fit all S-series and T-Series pumps.
Provides for 50% less noise during operation and a more efficient bellows design helps to prevent clogs.
The kit includes motor/gearbox, bellows, bellows clamps, o-ring kit, and motor mounting hardware.

Review of Sealand Motor Pump
The pump is mfg in a different shape then the original so the directions to put it back together do Not work on my 1998 sea ray 290 sundancer.
The o-ring did Not work as it is rectangular and not circular like the original, so I had to put the original O-Ring back in along the the manifold as that was a tiny bit smaller.
Pump works great except for the above issues. O-rings are wrong and have make adjustments to put back together.
Also felt it was little bit High in Price. -
Great product, Easy to install, Very quiet
Follow instructions, easy install if you are a bit handy. Hardest part is to locate the pump location and gain access. You will need to solder or add crimp connections to the wiring. Everything is a perfect fit. Only thing not supplied is silicon grease for the motor to pump connection. Pickup at local auto parts store. It is very quiet compared to the original 1995 motor pump combination.

Some of the best instructions I've received
If you follow the pictures and directions, the removal and re-install is really straightforward. Plan on about 2-3 hours and don't forget to put in new Duck Valves as well. Overall if you are at all handy, this is one repair/maintenance item you can do yourself/

Good product
Good product but there should be paperwork with the unit to tell you that it has been modified to a smaller diameter so there is less binding inside the pump during operation. I called tech support after reassembling the pump with old diaphragm to find this out. Fast delivery was a huge plus though.
